Help & FAQ

Everything you need to know about payments, access codes, and how orders flow.

Why exactly BTC and LTC only?+
Both settle quickly, have low fees, and can be verified on public block explorers without any third-party processor. We never touch fiat, and we never hold custody beyond the payout address shown on your order.
Why does my order amount have odd trailing digits?+
Every pending order gets a tiny sub-satoshi jitter added to its total so we can uniquely identify your payment on a shared address. Send the exact amount shown on the order page — down to the last digit — and it will match automatically.
What happens if I send the wrong amount?+
The system only auto-credits exact-amount matches. Wrong-amount transactions are flagged for manual review. Contact us from the order page and include the transaction hash so we can reconcile it.
What if my payment arrives after the 20-minute window?+
The order will be marked declined once the timer expires. If a payment arrives late, it lands in our reconciliation queue — contact us from the order page with the tx hash and we will manually resolve it.
Why is there a 20-minute window?+
It lets us protect exchange rates and prevents stale orders from being mis-credited by unrelated future payments to the shared address.
How do I keep my access code safe?+
Treat it like a private key. Store it in a password manager, on paper in a safe place, or on an offline device. There is no recovery — losing the code means losing access to the orders tied to it.
Do you collect any personal data?+
No. There are no emails, passwords, phone numbers, or shipping fields. Your access code is stored only as a one-way hash. On-chain payments are, by nature, public.
When will my order be marked completed?+
As soon as your transaction receives its first on-chain confirmation. Until then, the order shows 'Payment detected'.
